Take out a fresh treatment and bring it in the shower. The treatment will begin to activate with water and steam. Wet your face and rub the treatment between your fingers to create a small lather.

Very gently massage your skin in slow, circular motions. *If you have active acne or sensitive skin, don't touch the treatment to affected areas. Instead, use the lather created in Step 1, place the treatment on a clean surface, and massage the solution into your face with hands.

Allow the treatment to break down and dissolve by working it with your hands. The leftover solution on your face and/or hands can be massaged in as a final step. Rinse. Post shower, skin will be primed to receive nourishing products like serums, moisturizers or masks.
